Caregiver Support Program

Caregiver Support Coordinator making a presentationIt is estimated that family caregivers spend an average of twenty hours per week on caregiving tasks. Caregivers often feel isolated, over- whelmed and overextended. Caregivers often need help from outside sources but do not have the time to search for them. There is help! The intent of the Caregiver Support Program is to assist caregivers in accessing available services.

Services provided include accessing financial assistance, housing, transportation, in-home care, respite care, completing applications and assisting with Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
